I may look for another service provider that doesn't penalize credit card payments. Raise your prices by 2% or just absorb the fees like we do at our business. I understand that "everyone is doing it." But when these are small tickets (like restaurants), that is one thing...but paying 3% on a $5K service bill is quite a bit more to swallow.

I came in for service not to be ripped off with your luxury tax. I do not to business with companies like this. You want to charge me 3 percent no to infring on your profits. VHB in Chilton is a good place to get your car serviced. My front brakes and oil change went well. There is a nice waiting area with good wifi and also several shops, places to eat within walking distance. My only beef was that the brake prices were significantly higher than what Chevrolet shows on their Schedule Service website... don't understand these days why online stuff can't be accurate. Even so, I would recommend VHB for service or a new vehicle.

Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly. We got an intensive review of the car and electronics. At one point Steve and my husband were on the ground looking at components under the vehicle. There was one issue with the door, but it was 75% fixed and we were able to take the vehicle home. The rest of the maintenance scheduled for Monday. It was a smooth process and the first time we had purchased a new car.

I gave a coupon and when paying the bill seen coupon was not applied. He told me the service I received was already a discount. Not sure how this is when I booked online and picked what I needed. Cost was listed and did not say discount. This is second time it has happened that my coupon was not used. Had another one that I could have used and when asked, bill was already paid and felt he did not want to re-do.

It was great. Immediately got to test drive the car if wanted with no issues, car was clean and the salesman was very professional. Only issue i had was we showed up at 830 on a Monday and had to wait till 930 to see anyone. We were actively leaving when someone ran out to stop us, but it all worked out in the end.

Basic service went well however, I had a concern about a squeak I was experiencing prior to my appointment when brakes applied. I asked to check it out, still have the issue. Had to call couple days after my scheduled service to have squeak looked at again. The squeak was evident, disappointed it wasn't looked at a bit more thoroughly through original appointment, if problem was not found, should have been a discussion about it. Trust we find the problem at next appointment.

Helped get a loaner car while our vehicle was in the shop for over a week. slWe depend on our vehicle, so it was appreciated. We just weren't told that a sensor wasn't covered by the warranty despite the sensors for the breaks had been bad since we got the vehicle, they always said 18%. We probably would've waited until we needed knew breaks to save on labor.

As normal, when I brought in my truck for routine maintenance, the customer service was great! I was very satisfied! The staffing was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jared said he'd be right with me, then came out and verified with me what needed to be done to the vehicle, and gave me an estimated time of completion. After they did the inspection, they let me know my battery was 100% charged but only working at 34%, and the filter was in need of replacing. Jared recommended replacement of both. As I knew the battery was at least 4yrs old, I approved replacing both. While I was waiting, Jerry from sales stopped to say hi, see how I was doing, and chatted a while. He also asked if I wanted any coffee.

This experience has me feeling icky. First off I was offered to utilize my vehicle car rental program or wait for one of Vande Hey's loaner vehicles. I opted for the loaner vehicle. The loaner vehicle was in bad shape. The windshield wipers were awful. The timeframe I had the loaner was during all the heavy rains in Wisconsin. In addition, the front end of the vehicle made some pretty bad noises. When I mentioned this upon return, the gentleman in the office said the tires were bad. This comment was made without walking out to look at the vehicle. This reiterated to me this loaner left the lot without being inspected. On top of all this Vande Hey invoiced my insurance company for the rental. I was never told this was the case. I would have never driven a POS instead of a rental car. As for the repairs, I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail.

Had my truck towed in just to replace a starter. I also told them to change the oil. I never asked for a 21 point inspection. Starter was replaced, oil was not changed. I believe that they were too busy trying to get work by this 21 point inspection that took a day and a half. Apparently, oil lines and a water pump was on their radar. Never had any leakage on the floor in my garage prior to this. Had the oil lines reluctantly replaced but not the water pump. I couldn't see a leak even on their photos. It took a 10 mile drive home and water was leaking everywhere. I can't prove it yet. But I believe there is something sinister going on here.
